No-bake energy bites

These little bites pack an energy punch and are SOO good! Easy to make a double batch and freeze for future use or perfect to take to a potluck!

1 C quick oats
1/2 C all natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 C honey
1 C coconut flakes
1/2 C ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together.  It is easiest to use your hands to mash ingredients and form ingredients into bites!! Try not to eat the whole batch!!
