I am sure you have heard of the new Insanity MAX:30.  Insane results in just 30 min is beachbody's newest program and I am loving it.  I am in month 2 of the program and it is crazy good, a new challenge every day.  You compete against yourself every week to beat your MAX OUT time from the week before with each workout.  It is sure to deliver!!





How is Insanity Max 30 different from Insanity or T25?

How long is the Insanity Max 30 program?It's a 60-day workout program with 30 min workouts 5-6 days a week that are designed to push you to your MAX. It must be hard in order to give you insane results in only 30 minutes a day!

Is there a modifier with Insanity Max 30?
YES!! There is a modifier for every move of every workout.  I have loved this option! What is even better is that from the start screen, you can choose the "modifier track" and the whole 30 min will be a split screen with the modifier always in sight. 


What equipment is needed with Insanity Max 30? 
NONE! It is so great. If you have 30 min and somewhere to get your sweat on, you can do this program.  Great for people who travel to get your sweat on in 30 min for MAX results without going to or using the gym!!
