Peanut butter and oats

I never liked Oatmeal. I thought it was slop and that it did NOT look appetizing.  As I became aware of the benefits and the healthy factor, I began to experiment.  This is a morning favorite in our house, for me AND my husband! This recipe makes ONE serving.

Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup water
3 tsp all natural nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
1 banana

Directions
Cook oats in water in microwave 2-3 min. Top with peanut butter and cut bananas and ENJOY!
