Sausage & Zoodles

Clean eating recipe with a little wine....a little will never hurt! 

1. In large pan over medium heat 
zoodles, zucchini noodles, clean eating challenge, low carb meal dinner          2TBSP EVOO 
          8oz baby bellas, sliced
          Saute until tender.

2. Add 1lb sliced pre-cooked Italian chicken sausage and brown.

3. Add 2 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1TBSP parsley.

4. Increase heat to high and add 1 cup white table wine.

5. Reduce liquid by 1/2, stirring constantly. 
6. Add zucchini zoodles and fold into mix until heated through. 

7. Remove from heat and plate immediately. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parmigiano cheese.
