22 Minute Hard Corps LAUNCH!!

So what is 22 Minute Hard Corps?

This program was created by Tony Horton who also is the creator of P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Power 90 and more.  It is a mixture of eight routines that alternate between total body cardio & resistance training. One workout a day for 6 days a week.  It is fast paced and there are few rest breaks.  The workouts are easy to pick up and learn.  You are moving from exercise to exercise quickly to maximize time and results. After all...it is ONLY 22 minutes! 


What Equipment Do You Need?

A sand bag is needed (which comes with your program) and a light to medium set of weights. Also needed is a pull-up bar, pull up assist OR resistance bands with door attachment.

TID BITS
There is a modifier for EACH move! So no worries if you need to start with a less intense version of each move! 
The program is 8 weeks in length, 6 days a week, 1 workout a day for 22 minutes!  YOU CAN DO THIS!
You will be doing many moves that you are used to doing but they will push you to your MAX with little rest time between moves. 

If you are ready to go back to basic training or start your hard corps transformation with me helping you along every step of the way!! My TEST group will launch March 21st! 
We will start with one week of preseason for goal setting, before pictures, measurements, meal planning and clean eating tips before jumping into our 60 day challenge group! 
      We will then start our 8 week transformation 
TOGETHER!! I will be doing this program right 
along with all of you! I will provide you with daily 
support, motivation, accountability, meal plans
 and clean eating recipes!
