Cheesy baked Zucchini

zucchini, cooking squash, cheesy vegetable, crinkle cut



Cut zucchini as seen (we used a crinkle-cutter).  Place in gallon bag with 2 TBSP Greek dressing and 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese. 

Shake bag and contents and place on greased cookie sheet. Do not overlap any pieces.  

Cook for 10 min at 400* then broil on LOW for another 10 minutes.  
Enjoy!
